Volunteer Emergency Medical Services for the Town of Boonton
The past few years have been a tumultuous time for volunteer EMS across the country but we are happy to report that we are still here and growing.
We have been working tirelessly to ensure that the town of Boonton will continue to receive volunteer EMS and combat increasing healthcare costs.
We rely on donations and the spirit of volunteerism to keep our doors open and our wheels turning. It is never too late to get involved and help us provide care.

We have been operating since 1938 to provide community based volunteer emergency medical services. For as long as we have run we have relied on volunteers and will continue to do so for many years to come.
In the past we have operated under the name Boonton Kiwanis First Aid Squad and you will continue to see that name on our apparatus as we continue to slowly transition into Boonton Volunteer EMS.
Our squad does more than just provide 911 BLS ambulance services.
One of the advantages of Volunteer EMS is that we are more than just an ambulance that responds to calls. We are a community resource that provides community health education, event coverage, opportunity for young community members to break into the healthcare field, and so much more.
We know Boonton so we can best serve Boonton!
